1. For online purchases: You have 30 days from the delivery date of your order. Item(s) to be exchanged at a IndusBoutique store only where the same category is available. If a IndusBoutique store is not in your city, you have 7 days from the delivery date of your order.
For in-store purchases: You have 30 days from the purchase date. Item(s) to be exchanged at a IndusBoutique store where the same category is available.
2. Exchanges are not applicable on sales/promotion items.
3. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
4. Exchanges must be made in the same country where the original purchase was made.
5. Exchanges will be offered at the reduced price indicated in the system for sale items originally purchased at full price.
6. Exchanges are not applicable for items categorised as Fragrances, Intimates, Jewelry and Hair Accessories.
7. Exchanges are not applicable for items from Kreate Your Mark, as the Kreators display their products temporarily and the inventory is owned by the Kreators, not IndusBoutique.
8. Cash and credit refunds are not applicable.
ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order at any time before it is processed i.e. if you have not confirmed your order or within 3 hours of placing it by emailing us at customercare@khaadi.com. A full refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Once the order is shipped, you will receive confirmation by email, including tracking information. At this point, our Exchange Policy will come into effect. Please note that IndusBoutique reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons, including but not limited to:
1. If the item(s) you ordered are out of stock at the time of processing.
2. In the event of pricing errors or discrepancies.
3. If payment via credit card is declined by the issuing financial institution.
